Pleasant stay
For mid August the price was the main factor and even with the negatives we had a comfortable stay.
Property wasn’t manned 24/7. Made it feel very strange at night. Rooms could be cleaned a little more thoroughly, lots of dust evident under the beds. Hotel overall looked a little shabby in places it needs some TLC.

Can be a bit hot during summer as there is no air conditioning but it could be because of the room I booked. There was a stand fan which did the job.

Comfy room in historical building, great location and lovely staff
The bed was very comfortable, there was a fan so it helped us stay cool along with an open window. The bathroom was clean and very nice. The receptionist were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is within walking distance to a lot of attractions in Vienna so we barely had to commute anywhere. The wifi was also very good.
Those who are used to having air-conditioning in the peak of summer may find it hard but the fan does a lot to help the room feel cool. There is a lift to get from the ground floor of the building to the reception, however you do need to suitcases up a set of stairs to get to your room. The room isn't as spacious but has everything you need (table, chair, closet and fan).

Good
Metro station just nearby, easy access to old town, personal friendly and helpful. Nice view: Votiv church. Lot of places to eat in neighboroughood.
Noisy, no conditioner. Was hard to get sleep due to noise and heat. No water boiling/ coffee making possibilities.
